A Norwegian family vacationing in La Palma faces chaos when a researcher discovers imminent volcanic eruption signs that could trigger a massive tsunami.. The geographical co-ordinate shown is the exact spot on Tenerife that is shown as the "safe spot" from the tsunami. 28.218998 -16.414642. Aside from some dumb moves by annoying characters (we all know who they are), I enjoyed this series. Was well put together and intense, especially the last two episodes. But one question bothered me towards the end of the series, so much so that it prompted me to write this review.Assuming you could protect yourself from gases and lava, wouldn't it have been safer to stay in La Palma? The tsunami was going the other way, away from the island (unlike the 2004 boxing day tsunami which started mid-sea and hit the coast), so you would think that high ground on the other side of the landslide would have given you protection. Make it make sense.. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month. Check out our December calendar for more!
